A regular free shuttle service to the airport should be a standard!!! The air conditioning unit needs immediate attention as it didn't function properly!!! Lack of quick food options late at night is disappointing!!!

Limited luggage racks forced bags onto the floor, which isn't ideal for anyone, particularly older travelers. The pool's water temperature was too cold for a proper swim, and the restaurant lacked quality. the burnt chicken left a lot to be desired.
